Why are there differences between OpenChargeMap and European Alternative Fuels Observatory

We are trying to understand both the headline and composition differences between the number of chargepoints and power of each, between the European Fuels Observatory, and Open Charge Map. Having looked at Spain, Portugal, and Ireland amongst others, Open Charge Map has many more chargepoints than the European Fuels Observatory discloses. How should we be looking at this?

Thanks, I’ve never heard of the European Fuels Observatory, but we have no affiliation. About half of our data is imported from a few public sources and the other half is added manually by individual data contributors. I can’t comment on other organizations data sources or data quality.
