Operator: We Drive Solar (Netherlands)

Hi,

We Drive Solar is a smaller operator in the Netherlands. They have a lot of chargers around Utrecht and some other places. But they are not yet listed as an operator in OpenChargeMap. According to them, they operate the network independently, so they should be listed as a new operator.
