I'm unable to add a new location

Trying to add a new location, which has worked elsewhere for me, fails with the message:

Sorry, your submission could not be completed at this time. Please try again later.

The address fields are filled correctly.

It went through now, the n# of parking bays field only allowed numbers.

Thanks, looks like we need to have much better validation in the app.
