US NEVI Site Live Data is required to be publicly available. If there is any need to merge these OCPI feeds into OCM.

Can you see a declaration that the license to use this data is stated clearly somewhere, either that it’s public domain or licensed under a particular data license?
We cannot use a data feed without either a stated public license (permission to redistribute and create derived works) or a data sharing agreement (where an org agrees to license the data to use under a standard open data license).

PART 680—NATIONAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFRASTRUCTURE STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS
“Third-party data sharing. States or other direct recipients must ensure that the following data fields are made available, free of charge, to third-party software developers, via application programming interface”
The law requires that this data is publicly available, but does not set limits on how 3rd party developers can use the data.
