I recently started adding missing locations I am familiar with, but am not finding ZEF Energy (upper midwest, USA) in the dropdown list of network operators, even though they have been around for some time. Am I missing something here?
Apparently there’s no such operator in OCM data, you need ask for it to be added (see few latest posts such as this one).

In answer to your question, if nobody adds it then it doesn’t get added.
If everyone waits for someone else to add or fix data then likewise it never gets added or fixed.
Of course, the networks could be adding the data themselves but it turns out they mostly can’t be bothered.
