Hi there,
I’m reaching out on behalf of GRIDSERVE, a UK-based Charge Point Operator (CPO). We’re keen to enhance the visibility and accuracy of our POI data on your map by aligning it with our latest source-of-truth dataset.
While we’re working through the legal process to establish an OCPI connection with you, we’d like to proceed with manual updates in the short term to ensure the information displayed is as accurate as possible.
Could you let us know if there’s a bulk data import process available for updating our POIs on your platform? If not, would it be possible to expedite the approval of our edits? We’d be happy to provide a list of our contributor usernames, should you consider whitelisting them as a trusted source to streamline this process.
We’d also love the opportunity to connect further—perhaps a short call to align and explore how we can best collaborate?
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Thank you!
Warm regards,
Iqbal Dharmaputra

Hi Iqbal,
Thanks for getting in touch and for offering to share your data. Your edits (by via) will now be auto-approved.
Providing us with a data feed is relatively simple if you already have an OCPI based system. There is no complex legal agreement, you just agree to allow us to redistribute the data feed under an open data license, to do so complete the data sharing agreement form at : https://openchargemap.org/site/about/datasharing we also just need the URL of an OCPI locations data feed an credentials (if any are required) the form of a per-arranged credentials token ready to be used to download the locations data.
Hi Christopher,
Thank you for your response and enabling auto-approval for my edits.
I’m glad to hear that the data sharing process is straightforward. As advised, I’ll proceed with completing the data sharing agreement form. In the meantime, we’ll continue with our short-term updates using the OCM web editing platform.
Could you also please whitelist the following two accounts for auto-approval?
Please let me know if there are any specific technical requirements or preferred formats for the feed.
Best regards,
Iqbal
@iqbaldputra thanks, it just has to be a modern version of the OCPI locations data feed: ocpi/mod_locations.asciidoc at master · ocpi/ocpi · GitHub
