Add new socket type M

IEC Type M, is used in India, South Africa and several other countries for higher-current domestic sockets, up to about 15 amps, though the Indian standards are up to 16 amps for the same dimensions.
Some public charging providers in India and Pakistan have been using it, presumably because it’s cheaper than a Type 2 socket, and the fact that many EVs in those places are rickshaw-type vehicles with lesser charging needs.

I suggest listing it as Type M (SANS 164-1, IS 1293:2005)

Thanks Simon, I’ve added that as Type M now, with IEC Type M (SANS 164-1, IS 1293:2005) as the formal name.
