they operate on Ecofactor billing software EcoFactor Network — додаток для водіїв.

Do drivers refer to Ionity or Ecofactor? Our ‘Operators’ are generally the name the end-user will be familiar with (the one they are dealing with and who is taking their money), rather than some other related brand/organisation.
Drivers interact with Ecofactor software, that’s the one providing support.
